That's right...Asher is officially a toddler! It is amazing how much I see each of our kid's change after their birthdays. Asher's first birthday was Saturday and yesterday, December 2, Asher took his first 2 steps! Hey, that counts! He stood there shaking his arms for a few moments out of excitement, then took 2 steps towards me before throwing himself at me. Then, he did it 4 or 5 more times between Daddy and I. He takes the steps nice and slow and then gets too excited to continue. He has changed a lot since turning one. He now says, "Boppa" for Grandpa after Addison taught him to say it in our many car rides in the last few days. He also really loves our cell phone, the picture of the kids on it and the noises it makes when he presses the numbers. He actually made a phone call!
Oh boy, now we have 3 kids to chase after! I think we will take a break from working out for a while to conserve our energy.
