That's right! Our home of just over 9 years sold today! We accepted a contract for just under our asking price of $215,000 just after lunch time today. The buyers were easy to work with and did not ask for any closing costs (which people many times do in this buyers market). They initially asked for the playset, even though it clearly stated in the house ad that it was not included, but were okay when we countered without the playset.
So, the weekend of October 23 (yes, in 4 short weeks!), Chris and I are busy...busy moving! Now, the question is...to where?
