Yesterday the girls had a special day of shopping and out to lunch with Grandma Bet and Boppa Bill. They came home with a bag full of adorable clothes for school from their favorite store (Von Maur!) and of course, more headbands! Alivia loves headbands!
To make going to school even more special, I took Alivia and Addison out for their first manicures and pedicures this morning. It was so fun! It was the best $35 I have spent in a while ($15 per girl plus tip). We just went up the street to Beauty Nails & Spa. The girls wanted pink paint with little flowers. They both sat really still, and Addison did not say a word! It was fun to watch them get all fancy. The result is simply adorable! Oh, being a girl is so fun!
Now, it's Daddy time! He is off taking the girls to pick out new books to read. Then they will be all pretty and smart! Ha!
