Spicy Shrimp over Pasta

Spicy Shrimp over Pasta
Ingredients:
Angel Hair Pasta
21-30 count raw shrimp
24 oz diced tomatoes with oregano and basil
fresh garlic cloves, 4 in the sauce, 4 sauteed in with the shrimp
finely chopped red onion (enough to make you happy)
Fresh parsley
white wine
 cayenne pepper
basil
olive oil

Place tomato sauce in the pan on stove to simmer, medium low. Add 4 TBSP white wine, fresh parsley, finely chopped garlic cloves, pinch of cayenne pepper, touch of basil. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, on low to medium heat.

Next, remove shells and rinse shrimp. Place 2 TBSP olive oil in another pan and let simmer low heat. Add finely cut onion and garlic cloves and saute. Next add shrimp to sauteed garlic and onion, stirring and flipping until just pink.

In the meantime, have a boiling pot of water, add angel hair pasta (enough to feed your family at least).

Add the shrimp and sauteed mix into the sauce, stirring.

When pasta is cooked, serve the sauce and shrimp over the pasta and enjoy. Chris made garlic bread out of the home made bread from the other day, and it was amazing!! This is Chris' specialty, and it is amazing!

Oh, that looks so yummy! The nice thing about fall is being able to eat warm food again.

I know! I hate to cook during the summer when the heat from the oven takes hours to cool down. I guess if I have to look for one good thing about fall, that would be it...EATING. :)
