10 Years Later

Sunday marked 10 years since 9-11-01. In many ways, it is difficult to believe it has been 10 years. In other ways, when I think about what I was doing 10 years ago when I heard what was going on, it seems like a long time ago.

To remember, we went back to Memorial park with the kids to see the flags marking the lives lost and Chris showed the kids parts of the video so they could better understand.

I am old, and I do not understand. So, we can not expect our kids to understand. That day was scary, still is scary, and will always be scary.
